Yakima Mighty Mounts 2008 Pilot

The epiphany is, every party takes away

Here we go again. Resulting from the end of Epiphany and Magone holidays. They are no longer exactly a doll, but not much has changed: the idea that at midnight tonight suddenly all the Christmas atmosphere will vanish as if someone unplug the switch (Christmas ON / OFF!), Makes me sad. I have no intention to store the tree, then! I think I'll keep it up to the birthday is in 10 days, I can afford it ^ __ ^ And to say that this year the Christmas spirit just touched seemed to me ... but back to work tomorrow is a bit 'like going to school, and who has never been happy to go back to school? :-P In all this, it's been a month since my last post and this month I cooked a lot, ate even more and I was really good. But the desire of foodblog me is a bit 'past. I cook, experiment, bake, decorate .. but I do not want to photograph, document, tell. I am amazed enough eyes of diners, the enthusiastic comments, compliments of my exaggerated "Amorucciooo. For now, that's fine, meanwhile I wish you a happy new year: that 2009 can help you realize your dreams, big o piccini che siano. AUGURI :-)

50 g farina
50 g zucchero
2 cucchiaini di lievito per dolci

Fondere insieme burro e cioccolato e lascir intiepidire. Montare le due uova intere con lo zucchero, unirle al composto di cioccolato e setacciarvi la farina col lievito.

Per il cheesecake:

250 g di ricotta
250 g di mascarpone
1 uovo
2 cucchiai
flour 3 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Place the egg, sugar and vanilla, then add the ricotta and mascarpone and stir well.
Grease a baking dish and pour two spoonfuls of mixture, alternating colors. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes should remain soft and not completely dry.

What was? In mez'ora they have disappeared 3 / 4, judge for yourself:-D

The picture I could not do it, but I found one online that makes it perfectly the idea of \u200b\u200bhow I came :-)

Irrigation System Blo

Daisies Stresa

Daniel goes wild for pastry, and last night the super sweet eyes had a package of canestrelli .. ARE NEVER SAID I go away for five days leaving him with cookies phony! So after dinner I started work ^ __ ^
A huge THANK YOU to Pinella for these delightful daisies, light, delicate ... a dream!

Ingredients:

250 g butter 120 g icing sugar
the grated rind of 1 / 2 lemon

a pinch of salt 4 egg yolks of hard boiled egg, finely chopped and sieved
200 grams of starch potatoes (I had not, I used frumina)
200 grams of flour 00

icing sugar to decorate Method

Cut the butter into cubes and let stand at least half an hour, should be soft but not melted. Meanwhile tone up the yolks dipping into the water in full boil and cook for 5 minutes (the whites I freeze them to use them for other preparations). Working quickly with a fork the butter and sugar, then mix the egg yolks and sifted a pinch of salt. Sift together flour and starch and fold the mixture, adding lemon zest. Work all too quickly to not heat the mixture, then let rest in refrigerator for half an hour. Then spread it high enough and cut it with the special molds, bake at 180 for no more than 10 minutes, the daisies I have to be just golden and still Morbidini.
Cool and snow with powdered sugar. Simply ... divine :-)
