Apple Pie Pizza with oil
Ho spulciato un po' di ricette per cercare una torta di mele che non contenesse burro, visto che intendevo regalarla ai suoceri che devono stare attenti al colesterolo :-)
Ingredienti:
3 mele
3 uova
300 g di farina 00
200 g di zucchero
100 g di olio di semi
1/2 bustina di lievito
una spolverata di cannella
1/2 limone
zucchero a velo per guarnire
Procedimento:
Tagliare le mele a tocchetti e spruzzarle col limone. Sbattere le uova intere con lo zucchero, quindi aggiungervi l'olio e setacciarvi la farina col lievito e la cannella. Incorporare le mele e versare in una tortiera (imburrata e infarinata se non antiaderente). Cuocere per 25-30 minuti a 180°. Quando é fredda, spolverizzarla con zucchero a velo. Semplicissima :-)

Ricetta presa da Kucinare , il risultato é un'ottima pizza al piatto "alla napoletana", migliore di molte di quelle che si trovano in giro! Consigliata caldamente :-)
Ingredienti per il poolish:
100 g di farina manitoba
100 g di acqua
1 g di lievito di birra
Preparare il poolish mescolando tutti gli ingredienti and let rise for at least 6 hours (perfect all night) to 20 degrees
Ingredients for the dough:
0 or 300 g of flour 140 g water 00
2 teaspoons salt 4 g of yeast Beer
poolish Mix with the ingredients of the dough and let rise 45 minutes, form balls (with these doses are 2 large pizza or two normal and one small) and lasciarel rise again for 4-5 hours at 20 degrees . Roll out the pizza, season and cook in oven for pizza for about 4 minutes or 6-8 minutes in regular oven preheated to 250 degrees.

Another recipe prepared for Halloween, the doses are totally thumb, sorry! :-)
Ingredients: Chopped
baked pumpkin 1 onion sauce
nutmeg
smoked
fresh pasta for lasagna parmesan
Preparation:
Cut the onion into pieces and fry in hot oil. Add the pumpkin and spice until it has dried a bit '. Prepare the white sauce flavored with nutmeg and plenty of grit. Incorporate some 'cream of pumpkin to color the sauce slightly. recipe taken from giallozafferano , I must say that has terrified everybody! Someone has eaten with your eyes closed:-D
Ingredients: Butter *
* 100 gr flour 280 gr
* baking powder 1 teaspoon powdered
* Salt * 1 pinch
Hen eggs 1 medium
* Vanilla sugar * 1 packet
100 gr icing
... to garnish
whole blanched almonds *
* Jam
clear (peaches, apricots, oranges, etc. ....) qb
Procedure:
In a large bowl place the flour, cold butter cut into pieces the egg, powdered sugar, vanilla, salt and yeast, mix the ingredients into the bowl until a ball, then continue to knead on a pastry board until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
Got the dough for the cookies, divide it into pieces weighing about 27-30 grams each, to obtain 20-22 pieces.
Knead each piece with the palms turned it into a stick about 10-12 cm in length, shaped knuckles thinning the dough just before and after them, then lightly with a boxcutter rigatele the smooth blade.
