Turkish Hammam Chicago

Lasagne cream of pumpkin and smoked

Another recipe prepared for Halloween, the doses are totally thumb, sorry! :-)

Ingredients: Chopped


baked pumpkin 1 onion sauce

nutmeg
smoked
fresh pasta for lasagna parmesan


Preparation:


Cut the onion into pieces and fry in hot oil. Add the pumpkin and spice until it has dried a bit '. Prepare the white sauce flavored with nutmeg and plenty of grit. Incorporate some 'cream of pumpkin to color the sauce slightly. Compose the lasagna: Spread a layer of sauce on bottom of pan, then a layer of pasta, white sauce, cream of pumpkin, grated smoked cheese, grain, and so on. Finish with white sauce, smoked cheese and Parmesan cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
