Ricetta presa da Kucinare , il risultato é un'ottima pizza al piatto "alla napoletana", migliore di molte di quelle che si trovano in giro! Consigliata caldamente :-)



Ingredienti per il poolish:

100 g di farina manitoba
100 g di acqua
1 g di lievito di birra

Preparare il poolish mescolando tutti gli ingredienti and let rise for at least 6 hours (perfect all night) to 20 degrees
